RETURN POLICY – LUCCI MONTE

At Lucci Monte, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Is an item not quite what you expected? Please read our return policy carefully below.

Return period

You can request a return up to 14 days after receiving your order. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item is unworn, unwashed and unused
• The item is in its original condition
• All labels and original packaging are intact
• A proof of purchase or order confirmation is included

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Registering a return

A return must always be registered in advance via our Returns Portal.

Once approved, you will receive further instructions for returning your item.
Returns without prior registration will not be processed.

Return costs

• Return shipments are at the customer's own expense
• Shipping costs are not refunded
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Did you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Contact us within 48 hours via info@luccimonte.com and include clear photos. We will look for a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not offer a direct exchange service. Would you like a different size or colour? You can return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Statutory cooling-off period (EU)

For orders within the European Union, a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days applies. The following also applies:

• Sale items are excluded
• Return costs are at the customer's own expense
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original labels attached

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation by email.

• Approved returns are refunded within 10 business days
• Refunds are made via the original payment method
• Processing time may vary by bank
